Cameron was born and raised in Cañon City, Colorado, where an early curiosity for how things are built laid the groundwork for a career defined by precision and craftsmanship. He graduated Summa Cum Laude from Colorado State University with a BS in Construction Management.
For the first decade of his career, Cameron worked alongside Matt and Justin on a variety of healthcare and multi-family projects across Colorado. During this time, he developed a keen eye for constructability - an intuitive understanding of how systems, materials, and trades come together in the field.
Cameron later transitioned into a Preconstruction role, where he played a key part in queuing up several large multi-family projects and a multitude of healthcare and commercial pursuits. In this capacity, he honed his ability to bridge design intent with real-world execution, working closely with owners, architects, and trade partners to hit budget goals and ensure success from the outset. Central to his effectiveness has been his talent for fostering trust and building lasting relationships. Cameron's collaborative approach, grounded in transparency and follow-through, has earned him a reputation as someone people want on their team and want to work with again.
Outside of his professional accomplishments, Cameron will tell you his greatest achievement was convincing his wife, Ali, to marry him. Together they are raising their son, alongside two golden retrievers who keep the household lively. When he's not on a jobsite, Cameron can be found hunting, fishing, trail running, mountain biking, tinkering on vehicles, or camping with his family. He has also spent countless hours remodeling homes himself, a hobby that keeps him firmly connected to the trade.
