 Justin Tuck is a construction professional and business owner with more than 20 years of experience leading commercial and residential construction projects. A graduate of Colorado State University, he began his career working as a laborer and carpenter while attending high school and college, gaining invaluable hands-on experience that has shaped his practical approach to leadership, quality, and problem-solving. Today, Justin is known for building strong client relationships, leading high-performing teams, and delivering projects with integrity, accountability, and craftsmanship. 

Throughout his career, Justin has built extensive expertise across nearly every phase of construction, including excavation, concrete, framing, finish carpentry, and project management. This well-rounded background allows him to understand projects from the ground up, anticipate challenges before they arise, and successfully balance quality, schedule, and budget. His practical experience, combined with a solutions-focused mindset, enables him to lead projects with confidence while delivering exceptional results for clients.

One of Justin's greatest strengths is the lasting relationships he has built with subcontractors, trade partners, suppliers, and industry professionals over the past two decades. These partnerships are founded on trust, accountability, open communication, and a shared commitment to craftsmanship—creating a reliable network that helps every project succeed.

Construction has always been more than a profession for Justin—it's a lifelong passion. He and his wife have personally remodeled each of the four homes they have owned, beginning with their very first home at just 23 years old. Those experiences have reinforced his appreciation for thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship, and the lasting value of building spaces that improve the way people live and work.

As a husband, father of two daughters, and business owner, Justin believes that integrity, hard work, and accountability are the foundation of every successful project and relationship. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, woodworking, and spending time with his family. Whether leading commercial construction projects or tackling personal building projects, Justin is driven by a passion for creating quality work and building lasting relationships that stand the test of time.
