Matt Brown

A Colorado native with more than 20 years of experience in commercial construction, Matt Brown brings exceptional field leadership, technical expertise, and practical problem-solving skills to every project. A graduate of Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management, Matt has built a diverse portfolio of successful projects across Colorado and Wyoming, earning a reputation for quality, reliability, and collaborative leadership.

Having spent the majority of his career as a Superintendent, Matt's expertise is grounded in field operations and construction management. He is passionate about leading project teams, coordinating complex construction activities, maintaining project schedules, and ensuring every project meets the highest standards of quality and safety. His hands-on approach and deep understanding of construction processes allow him to successfully guide projects from preconstruction through final completion.

Matt's experience spans a wide variety of project types, including higher education facilities, K–12 schools, office buildings, medical facilities, tenant improvements, aviation hangars, multifamily developments, and multifamily renovation projects. Having worked extensively throughout Colorado's Front Range and Wyoming, he understands the unique challenges of building in the Rocky Mountain region and consistently delivers solutions that keep projects moving forward.

Known for his approachable leadership style and commitment to excellence, Matt values strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, trade partners, and project stakeholders. He believes successful projects are built on trust, clear communication, accountability, and a shared commitment to craftsmanship. His ability to foster collaboration while maintaining a strong focus on quality has been instrumental in delivering successful outcomes for clients throughout his career.

Outside of work, Matt has been married for more than 20 years and is the proud father of two teenage sons. He enjoys spending time with his family and remains deeply connected to the Colorado communities where he has lived and worked. Whether managing complex commercial projects or mentoring teams in the field, Matt is dedicated to building exceptional projects and lasting relationships.
